The association between digital ischemia and cancer is rarely reported in literature and the exactmechanism of this occurrence has not been completely understood. We report here a case of a 73 yearoldwoman who presented digital ischemia as first manifestation of endometrial adenocarcinoma.Reporting this rare clinical case and with a brief literature review, we recommend to consider an intensivesearch for primary and metastatic cancer in all patients who experience a digital ischemia, with the aimto early detect and treat the disease.
