This paper shows the preliminary results and implications of a descriptive survey conducted on a sample of 256 teachers attending a SEN course, who completed the SAED (Biasi et al., 2014) at the beginning of the training. The average self-efficacy profiles of the teacher attending the training for first grade secondary school and of those attending the training for second grade secondary school are compared. These data will be the basis for determining the effects of training on self-efficacy.
